RIP Michael Wilson

Paramedic colleagues

The tragic death of paramedic Michael Wilson whilst engaged in a rescue operation on Christmas eve is saddening beyond words.

We must all reflect on the dangers that regularly confront our colleagues, but when a rescuer dies in the process of helping others it is all the more poignant.

On behalf of President Ian Patrick, the Board and members of Paramedics Australasia, I extend our most sincere condolences to the family of Mick and our NSW colleagues.
