Entry into Best Paper Award or Best Poster Award
Authors who wish their abstract(s) to be considered for entry into one of the Awards must indicate this by checking the relevant Award category. Author Agreement forms are to be completed and signed upon confirmation of an offer by the Conference Scientific Committee, to present in the category of Best Paper or Best Poster Awards. Forms will be sent out when offers to present at the conference are confirmed.

Abstracts which meet the requirements of the peer reviewers for possible presentation at the conference, but which are not selected for oral presentation at the conference will automatically qualify for presentation and entry into the Best Poster Award.
